Terms and Conditions

1. Services Provided

Olivia Monroe Enterprises offers a comprehensive package of services to help clients establish their nonprofit organizations. For a one-time fee of $1,750, the following services are included:

1. Nonprofit Structuring and Compliance Guidance

   • Assistance in selecting the appropriate legal structure for your nonprofit.

   • Guidance on state and federal compliance requirements, including EIN registration.

2. 501(c)(3) Application Support

   • Step-by-step support in completing and submitting your IRS 501(c)(3) application.

   • Assistance with understanding tax exemption benefits and compliance.

3. Mission and Bylaws Development

   • Help in drafting your nonprofit’s mission statement and vision.

   • Assistance in creating bylaws to guide your organization’s operations and governance.

4. Strategic Planning Consultation

   • Development of a basic strategic plan outlining goals, target demographics, and key initiatives.

   • Recommendations on initial fundraising strategies and outreach plans.

2. Service Fee

• The service fee for Olivia Monroe Enterprises is $1,750.

• This fee is non-refundable once payment has been made.

• Olivia Monroe Enterprises shall not be held responsible for any denial status of any nonprofit, approvals are at the discretion of the US government. 

3. Turnaround Time

• The standard turnaround time for completing all services is 4-6 weeks from the date of receiving all required documents and information from the client, based on the approval process of the government.

• Delays in providing requested documents or responses may extend the timeline.

• Olivia Monroe Enterprises, cannot guarantee approval status of any non-profit.

4. Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information requested by Olivia Monroe Enterprises.

• Failure to provide the necessary information in a timely manner may result in delays or the inability to complete services.

5. Limitation of Liability

• Olivia Monroe Enterprises is not liable for errors, omissions, or delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client.

• While we assist in the application process, we cannot guarantee IRS approval of 501(c)(3) status.

6. Confidentiality

• All client information will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering the agreed-upon services.

7. Amendments

• Olivia Monroe Enterprises reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.

By making payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms and conditions.
